I recently took a little festive trip to London, and of course had to pay a visit to the Peggy Porschen cake parlour, which is without a doubt the fanciest cake shop in all the land, and one of my favourite little spots in London. You’ll likely have spotted a few of these photos scattered across my Instagram page, but as I captured lots of extra photos, I wanted to share them all in a Christmassy blog post!
Their Christmas decor was the most magical display of theirs yet, it was truely a pastel pink winter wonderland – my heaven!
I could only dream of having a Christmas wreath this pretty! The little pink house and pastel reindeer are all kinds of adorable.
We had snowflake hot chocolates, slices of All That Glitters pink prosecco cake and we also shared the Jolly Gingerbread and Bejewelled Chocolate cupcakes, because we couldn’t decide which was cutest (Instagram probs) and if you can’t over indulge at Christmas time, then when can you!
I’m pretty sure they use Swiss meringue buttercream to ice their cakes, which has a really light, whipped consistency and is like pure velvet to eat!
I also brought home the cutest iced cookie, shaped like a pretty pink bauble and decorated with pink icing, pearls and jewels. So cute!

It's such a cute little place and I already want to go back! You definitely had better daylight than I did for your photos – it was hard to make mine look light and bright when it was such a miserable day. At least it gives me an excuse to go back right?! That gingerbread cupcake tasted amazing and the buttercream they use is delicious. I adore all of your pretty photos in this post 🙂 xo
