I purchased my pretty pink jewellery box on a whim a couple of months ago, as I’d been searching for some storage for my jewellery for a while, but the only ones that had caught my eye were sadly out of price range (a girl can dream of this beautiful ballerina design from Ted Baker, sighh). So when I spotted this one whilst browsing on Dunelm, I thought I’d give it a try.
I can’t tell you how pleased I am that I bought it, it is gorgeous and so much lovelier than I had anticipated. The casing is a beautiful blush pink faux leather, with gold hardware details, and a plush dusky pink velvety lining. Whilst it might be a little small if you have a large collection or a preference for big statement jewellery, it is perfect for me as I only like to keep a small collection of items, that I know I’ll get regular use out of, and I love dainty jewellery which means it barely takes up any room.
I think my favourite item of jewellery has to be my Olivia Burton Vintage Bow Coin necklace, which I have in the silver and rose gold design. It’s one of the only necklaces I reach for and I just love how cute the pretty ridged coin and delicate bow look together. I’m obsessed with the whole Vintage Bow collection! I’ve found this one on Asos for 30% off if you fancy treating yourself to a bargain!
I treated myself to the Pandora Poetics Blooms bracelet for my birthday last year, as well as the matching Poetic Blooms Heart Charm, and I just adore them! I also have the Pink Bow Lace Heart Charm which was a Christmas present and I love the dash of pink it adds to my bracelet. I can’t wait to collect more pretty charms and I have my eye on the Cherry Blossom Clip, and magical Cinderella charm.
Whilst I do find myself lusting after gorgeous rings, when it comes to daily use I am so not a ring person. I’m pretty fussy about wearing them and I only like wearing one if my nails look nice – is that weird?! That being said, my favourite ring I own and the only one I’ll wear on a special occasion is my Thomas Sabo Halo Ring. It’s a pretty rose gold plated ring with a rose quartz gem, surrounded by a halo of little crystals! So dreamy.
I also have the Pandora Poetic Blooms Earrings to match my bracelet which are the prettiest little earrings! They have a delicate trio of pink, white and silver daisies and cherry blossom, encrusted with little gems.
Ted Baker is another brand that I go heart-eyed over their jewellery line, and I love my Silver Bow Cuff from their range. It’s a lovely simplistic piece but still adds a touch of femininity. Can you tell I’m obsessed with anything bow related?!
I’ve always had a love of pearls, I think they look so classic and elegant and I find my Thomas Sabo pearl bracelet* so easy to wear with everything! It looks lovely dressed up or down and I also added the Rose Quartz Heart Charm* to it which I think makes it extra special. I used to have this gorgeous Pearl Bow Charm too, but I lost it *sob*.
Another love from Ted Baker are these cute little Rose Gold Button Earrings, which make for the perfect everyday earrings, and I love the little pop of baby pink in the centre. Isn’t the sweet little round packaging they come in so adorable!
Also from Olivia Burton’s darling Vintage Bow range I have the Vintage Bow Bracelet* and Vintage Bow Earrings (also spotted for 30% off!), I told you I’m obsessed with this range! It’s so dainty and elegant and bows just add a pretty, feminine touch to any look.
Another favourite bracelet is my Daisy London Heart Bracelet* which I have in rose gold and my Silver Rose Bracelet that my mum bought me from an independent jewellery shop.
As you know I adore the Olivia Burton jewellery line, and I love their watches just as equally. They truly design the prettiest, girliest watches! I have a blush and rose gold Lace Detail Watch* and a Pink Wonderland Watch which have been well loved. They always have so many new styles that I’m head over heels for, like this one with a gorgeous floral cuff embellishment, this one with a pretty bow detail on the strap and this dancing daisy design. Don’t even get me started on their beautiful new Semi Precious collection, major heart eyes.
In the bottom compartment of my jewellery box I also keep my stud earrings inside a Pandora charm box, and I also like to hold onto any little jewellery pouches as I think they look so dainty and cute and come in handy for travel!
