Brimming with delicate, fresh and floral vibes, the Spring releases in the beauty world have forever been a collection that I eagerly anticipate, and I always look forward to seeing what’s in store for the Guerlain Spring range in particular. This year is no exception, and for 2018 they’ve really brought something special in the form of the Météorites Glow With Love* collection, featuring a range of beautiful products focusing on romantic radiance and luminosity.
One of the stand out products for me is the Météorites Heart Shape* compact, an all-in-one palette designed to easily create a heart shaped face and add depth and dimension. In the signature soft rosy shades of the Météorites colours, the three powders are lovely for adding lightweight correction for a soft, fresh and delicately enhanced complexion. Featuring a peachy pink for a pop of colour, an iridescent baby pink for adding depth and a pearly highlighting shade to create an ethereal glow. The packaging makes for a gorgeous keepsake item, with a pink and silver compact and a playful heart design, so cute!
Also released in the Spring collection is the Météorites CC Glow*, which comes in three different colour correcting shades, designed to work together to disguise minor imperfections and create a radiant, rejuvenated complexion in the stroke of a pen. Use the Pink for a reviving effect across the cheekbones, chin, down the bridge of the nose, and anywhere you’d like to add a little radiance. The Green for erasing redness over the cheeks and around the corners of the nose, and the Apricot shade to minimise dark circles, pigmentation marks and areas of shadows, specifically the eye area and corners of the lips. The silver tube is so beautiful and elegant with the classic Guerlain logo delicately scripted in the centre, and the pretty pastel beading cascading around the base.
Lastly is the KissKiss LoveLove Lipstick* which has a unique and utterly adorable heart shaped bullet, designed to hug the cupid’s bow for perfect precision. Released in six Spring ready shades from juicy reds to nudes and pretty pinks in a creamy, hydrating formula and contained inside a beautiful glistening pastel pink case.
