Dreamy Summer Skincare From Fresh Beauty

Back in March I received the loveliest package from the babes at World Duty Free, full of gorgeous skincare goodies from Fresh, to celebrate the launch of Fresh beauty which is now available at World Duty Free Beauty. Fresh is a beauty brand I’ve always wanted to try so I was super excited to put some of their best sellers to the test. Plus the packaging is oh so dreamy and totally bathroom display worthy!

Over the past month, I switched up my skincare routine so that I could introduce a new routine using the Fresh products, as I wanted to give them a proper test before I posted about them. I don’t post about skincare too often, partly as my skin is quite sensitive so I tend to find products I love that work well for me and just stick to them. I also know that skincare is so subjective to everyone, some things may work for me that may have the opposite result on someone else and vice versa! However, I’ve been super impressed with my first trial of Fresh skincare treats, I think they’re going to be the perfect products to accompany me into Summer, so keep reading if you’d like to find out why.

The Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner* contains real rose petals which makes it one of the dreamiest looking products. The main thing I love about this one is that I find it gives a lovely radiance to the skin that no other toner I’ve used before has done! It refines pores, removes impurities and any excess makeup, and the soothing formula leaves my skin feeling refreshed and nicely prepped for moisturiser to follow.

The best selling Rose Deep Hydration Face Mask* has a unique gel formula with real rose petals and pure rosewater which hydrates, tones and restores suppleness to the skin. It feels lovely and cooling once applied, and leaves you with beautifully hydrated, radiant skin. It’s gentle enough that you can use it daily and it states to leave on for 5-10 mins, although I’ve left it for longer and find it literally melts into the skin providing deep nourishment and gives such a gorgeous glow to the skin afterwards. It’s definitely a good one to prep your skin with if you’re getting ready for a fancy occasion. It reminds me a little of the GlamGlow ThirstyMud treatment which is a cult favourite in the beauty community, so if you’re already obsessed with that one or are intrigued by it, you’ll definitely love this one.

One of the products I was most excited to try was the Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream* and it didn’t disappoint. It has a lightweight formula which provides an instant boost of hydration and seals in moisture throughout the day. I’ve been using it in place of my beloved Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream, which I’d just used up, and I have to say that the effect of both is extremely similar. It gives healthy looking, glowy skin that makeup just likes to sit perfectly on top of!

The Rose Deep Hydration Face Serum* is an award winning product for the brand and I can see why. It’s a silky smooth consistency which sinks into the skin nicely, providing intense hydration without being thick or heavy and a small pump goes a long way! I’ve been using it in the evenings after the Rose Face Cream to give an added boost of moisture and the two together make a dream duo for nourished, rejuvenated skin.

Also award winning, I found the Soy Face Cleanser* to be a lovely gentle cleanser, which calms the skin, doesn’t irritate it and removes makeup well without stripping the skin of moisture. It contains cucumber extract which is great for it’s calming and soothing properties, although the fresh cucumber scent isn’t my favourite but I know some people love it.

I’ve become utterly obsessed with the Sugar Dream Advanced Therapy Tinted Lip Treatment*, and it’s flown straight to the top of my favourite lip balms! It has a delicate sheer pink tint, which is quite faint but is perfect for putting some life into my lips whilst still looking totally natural. The texture is so buttery and cushion soft, it’s an actual dream to wear. It gives a subtle plumping effect and the scent is just unreal, like a dreamy mix of brown sugar, oranges and limes, think Soap & Glory Sugar Crush but a little bit lighter and more delicate.

As I’ve been so impressed with my first introduction to Fresh, I definitely wouldn’t hesitate adding more to my collection. I’m lusting after the Sugar Face Polish, Sugar Cream Baby Lip Treatment and the Sugar Rosé Tinted Lip Treatment.
